one of my go to places to shop! jess is always so sweet and helpful. she makes you feel right at home and she always makes sure u know what sales are going on! i love to go shop at Zumiez when she’s there!

Anytime I get to go to this store it’s the highlight of my day. Taylor, Makayla, and Ben are very nice, makes me feel welcomed in such a chill environment that the store is, they’re helpful to everyone, and are always doing a great job with keeping the store fun and inviting. Keep up the great work my friends I look forward to seeing you all again!

I stopped by Zumiez just to browse the clothes but I wasn’t planning on getting anything. As I walked in I was greeted by a very sweet girl who offered to help me and my boyfriend look for anything we need. She made us aware of the sales we may have missed when we walked in which landed me some new socks (that I was super excited about) and my boyfriend a new shirt. As soon as she was done helping us, she was moving along to help the next customer without hesitation. It’s extremely hard to find people who show up to work with the motivation and customer service skills that Taylor has. Be proud of who you guys have representing your store, she sure is doing an amazing job! Your employees made me feel right at home, as always… however Taylor deserved her own specific review. She treated us like family along with every single customer who walked in after us. Please, consider giving her a pay raise… I have never seen someone so dedicated to their job. Thank you again Zumiez and Taylor for taking care of us ❤️

I’m not much of a mall shopper, but I do go occasionally to Zumiez for specialty items. The staff at the Acadiana Mall location is personable and friendly. Jess always goes out of her way to help me. Jordan and Makenna are great as well. Great people! Great place!

Jess, Jordan, and Mckenna were the perfect employees for today. This is my first day back from basic training and i was greeted with so much love and help. Will definitely shop here often!

jess was so helpful!!! she went above and beyond to ensure i found exactly what i was looking for and even answered all of my questions. i can tell she is a very hard worker and definitely deserves a promotion. will absolutely be coming back!!

Jess and angie are so cool. I’m in the mall all the time and they are literally so sweet. The store has some great stuff and it’s definitely a go to spot 10/10
